Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk (any kind — dairy, almond, oat, soy)
1–2 tsp chia seeds (optional — thickens and adds nutrients)
1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or a pinch of sugar
Fruit of choice
Instructions:
Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla in a jar or airtight container.
Stir well to combine.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give it a good stir and add your toppings!
