Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup rolled oats

  2. ½ cup milk (any kind — dairy, almond, oat, soy)

  3. 1–2 tsp chia seeds (optional — thickens and adds nutrients)

  4. 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or a pinch of sugar

  5. Fruit of choice

    Instructions:

    • Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla in a jar or airtight container.

    • Stir well to combine.

    • Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    • In the morning, give it a good stir and add your toppings!
